Depending on the profile of your institution, you have 4 packages to choose from, which are designed to suit the needs and structure of your institution. You can change packages as your needs change, by
upgrading or downgrading as required, thus making PAWA truly scalable.
Indeed. Every institution is unique and may have specific processes that are not applicable to others. PAWA offers customization services at a fee, whether it just one feature you need added or a suite of
features. Just speak to a PAWA consultant about your needs.
PAWA is a core banking software designed and configured to run well on any standard PC capable of running Windows 10 upwards or Mac OS 14 upwards.
Yes. PAWA is a cloud-based core banking system that requires a stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 5 to 10 Mbps either over Wi-Fi or a mobile network.
PAWAmobile is the mobile app version of PAWA, available on iOS and Android. With PAWAmobile, you can carry out banking operations in the field, including account creation, loan management, deposits
management, etc.
PAWAmobile can be used on smartphones and tablets operating on either Android or iOS, and is available to every PAWA registered user. Some PAWAmobile features are also available on USSD for remote areas
with no internet access.
Simply click free trial. You will be asked to set up your profile for a package recommendation to be made. From the information provided, the right package will automatically be recommended to you and off
you go. Useful tip: use your actual company information so that you do not have to repeat the process once you decide to convert to PAWA.
You will get access to all the features of PAWA (but not PAWAmobile), set up your account and carry out banking operations as per the trial package selected, but without support. At the end of your trial
period or prior, you will be able to activate your account by purchasing a PAWA product. You will then have access to PAWAmobile and support from the PAWA team. If you are not ready to buy a PAWA product,
your data will be saved for when you are ready to continue your journey.
You can pay your monthly PAWA subscription with credit/debit cards, Paypal, or mobile money. Payments can be made on a one-time or recurring basis. Please remember that there are no commitments and you
can cancel at any point.
Yes. PAWA is designed with scalability. The packages are designed to suit the needs of microfinance institutions in different lifecycles. When the needs of your institution change, you will be able to
change your package to the one most suitable to you at the time.
If you decide you want to end your subscription, it is very simple. You’ll find the option to instantly cancel your subscription by logging into your account at www.pawaonline.co and navigating to the "My
Account" section.
Once you have created your account and purchase a PAWA package, it is easy to set up your account following the prompt. However, if your institution is relatively large, you might want our assistance to
set up. Whatever the situation, a PAWA consultant will automatically contact you as soon as you have purchased a PAWA product.
Upon signing up and purchasing a product, a PAWA consultant will reach out immediately to assist with account set up and discuss the modalities for a properly planned and implemented data migration that
will not disturb and/or jeopardize your operations.
Every purchase of a PAWA package is entitled to a free training session with a qualified PAWA consultant. A dedicated PAWA account manager will liaise with you and schedule your online training, whether
it is a one-user package or multiple users.
PAWA provides on-the-clock support with qualified and experienced agents available 24/7 to help you with any issue you may have with the platform. As intuitive as it is, it remains a system with many
functionalities and users do need some assistance from time to time.
PAWA is a core banking system that is fully integratable with most other enterprise resource planning solutions, including SAGE and commonly used ERPs. PAWA also comes with APIs for integration with
third-party platforms.
Yes. Reports are automatically generated in various formats (Excel, PDF, etc.) for all sorts of uses as required by the users and management of the MFI.
Yes. PAWA is designed to work with standardized loan agreements that users can autogenerate simply by filling in the details of the borrower and the terms of the loan, thus saving the institution and loan
officers precious time to focus on other matters like serving more clients.
PAWA is built with highly advanced security features to prevent security breaches and protect your data from potential harm, confirming to ISO standards. PAWAmobile uses two-factor authentication and
offline PAWAmobile data is encrypted on the device and discarded once it is pushed to the online server.
As a cloud-based platform, all your business operations data is stored online. The data is stored at third-party web servers, including AWS and Google Cloud, which are not only secure but also provide
appropriate mitigation for data recovery risks.
PAWA is a month-to-month subscription-based platform that can be joined freely upon acceptance of terms and conditions, without the need to enter into a long-term contract. As such, you as the user will
not be tied down in a contract that becomes a burden on your business. You can cancel your PAWA service agreement with a 30-day notice and rejoin whenever you want.
Your package will be deactivated, and you will not be able to use the platform and access your information. However, your data will not be lost, and upon resuming payment of your monthly subscription, you
will be right back to where you left off.
